Katelyn was drawn to Biblical Concepts because of a passion for serving the underserved and showing people that there is hope for a better future. Through her role with Biblical Concepts, she can help facilitate the day-to-day operations of the organization by ensuring the staff is equipped to handle the needs of our residents.

Nikki is passionate about seeing residents regain their independence and confidence; while providing a safe environment, where they are surrounded by people who care about them.

A devoted husband and father, Ray enjoys helping others discover their passion and help them reach their goals in a holistic lifestyle. Ray brings a great deal of experience from many years of rehabilitation counseling in several different work environments.

Tony has been with Biblical Concepts since 2012, and his passion is to show love to people, to encourage them that they are not alone, and to let them know that God loves them.

Debbie Dominguez joined the Biblical Concepts team in August 2016. As the Chief Financial Officer of the organization, Debbie oversees economic trends and revenue opportunities for Biblical Concepts.

Joe has been working with the community and individuals to overcome obstacles hindering independence and health for over 25 years. He is an Ordained Minister draws his passion to serve from his faith and calling.

Procurement Administrator

Yolanda has been with Biblical Concepts Housing since 2012. She has operated in multiple roles during her time of service with the ministry. She is blessed to have the opportunity to help others through their mental health difficulties. Her passion is to help those who are in need.
